With over 30 years of leadership experience, Bob has worked with large companies and entrepreneurial organizations in technology, manufacturing, financial, and customer service sectors in North America and abroad. He motivates sales teams to create lasting customer relationships and further assists companies in understanding the critical role that employees, process, and technology play in driving client satisfaction, success, and retention.
As principal of his own sales consulting practice, Bob focused on delivering measurable results in the areas of revenue generation, margin improvement, process improvement and organizational development for his clients, including DealNet Capital Corp., Ernst & Young, Daimler Truck North America, Harper Freightliner Inc., and OneCommand.
Bob’s previous positions include President & COO at Minacs Worldwide, VP Sales North America at DaimlerChrysler’s Freightliner Truck Division, President at Freightliner of Canada, and VP Sales & Marketing at Paccar’s Kenworth Truck Division.
Bob earned his MBA (Entrepreneurial Studies) and Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University, Montreal, Quebec. Bob earned his Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) designation in 2022.
